We understand that sometimes it can be embarrassing to discuss a medical issue in the vicinity of others, and this is why all our pharmacies have private consultation rooms and areas.

We respect your privacy and our pharmacists treat all consultations in confidence. You may ask to speak to our pharmacist in privacy for healthcare or medical advice. Our pharmacists are qualified to give you advice on many medical issues including asthma and diabetes. We also provide an extensive range of free healthcare leaflets on many common conditions.

We do not charge our customers for providing advice. Our medical counter assistants are trained to give general healthcare and medical advice and they may refer you to the pharmacist if necessary.
